Frequently Asked Questions

Who and what is Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders?

The Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders is a professional organization comprised of monument builders from the states of PA, NJ, MD, DE, VA, WV, & DC. The organization’s primary purpose is to host a full industry-wide exhibit every two years, providing an opportunity for monument builders to showcase their products, network with industry professionals, and attend educational programs.

Who and what is the Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders Committee?

The Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders Committee is a group of appointed delegates from each state, an Executive Director, and a Treasurer. The committee works together to organize the exhibit, program, and setup, with Rick Burroughs serving as the Executive Director, Geoff Irwin as the Treasurer, Phil Wenz as the Exhibit Chairman, and Nate Gingrich as the Executive Vice President.

Who can join? What are the dues?

Mid Atlantic has no formal membership, so there are no dues.  Monument companies from all over the country are welcome to attend!  We keep a list of everyone who has attended in the past and send future show information to them.

What is the difference between Full Registration and a Day Pass?

Full registration provides access to all events, including entrance into the display area, educational programs, and two receptions and one lunch. Day passes provide access to the exhibit area only and do not include any meals.

Should I pre-register?

Pre-registering for the exhibit is highly recommended as it helps the committee prepare packets for attendees and may result in lower registration rates than registering at the door. Children under 4 years of age are free, while children between the ages of 4 and 11 will be charged for a kid’s meal, and children between the ages of 12 and 17 will be charged for meals only.

Can I pay with a credit card?

Payment for registration can be made by credit card (MasterCard, Visa, American Express, or Discover) or check, payable to Mid-Atlantic Monument Builders. The conference is held at the Marriott Waterfront in Baltimore, MD, and attendees can reserve rooms directly through the hotel. All attendees are required to register and pay fees to attend the exhibit and display, and name badges are required for all events.

Where do I send my registration information?

All registration will be through this website.  Stay tuned for our registration link to open!
